More than 15 years ago, Zevin and Tony became friends in high school—a bond that has stood the test of time. Though their careers took different directions after graduation, life brought them back together to collaborate on a shared vision.
Zevin, a Realtor® since 2013, brings hands-on expertise in contracting, maintenance, and serving homebuyers and investors in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Tony, with a background in supply chain, earned his real estate license in 2017, driven by a passion for the industry that eventually led him to transition into it full-time.
Together, they envisioned a brokerage that simplifies the real estate process. Frustrated by the industry’s old school ways, they built a one-stop shop where clients never have to juggle multiple contractors or pay unnecessary markups. As millennials, they’re reshaping real estate by blending tech with a strong commitment to data privacy.

Zevin moved to Texas in high school and has called Plano, Texas, home ever since. A proud graduate of Plano West Senior High School and now a father of two boys, he earned his real estate license in 2013. With a lifelong passion for building and hands-on craftsmanship, Zevin followed his father’s footsteps into contracting. His deep understanding of construction naturally led him to real estate, where he now excels in serving both homeowners and investors. As both a homeowner and a seasoned professional, Zevin brings a unique, insider’s perspective to the industry.
TONY QIAN (REALTOR® | CO-FOUNDER)
Tony has called Texas home ever since age four. Raised as a Texan in Plano, Texas, he graduated from Plano Senior High School and Indiana University. Tony found his passion for real estate and that led him to earn his license in 2017. He now works full-time in the industry, combining his love for homes and construction with a focus on streamlining processes in an increasingly digital world. A homeowner of new construction and a real estate professional, Tony understands the importance of efficiency and data privacy in an industry built on personal information. He lives in McKinney with his girlfriend and their beloved miniature schnauzer.
